Catherine Fraser Riehle collaborates with faculty, staff, and students in the Libraries and across campus on initiatives that support critical users and creators of information. Catherine co-leads the Libraries Course Materials Program, which supports instructors’ selection and integration of no and low-cost course materials, and has served as a member of the campus-wide Successful Teaching with Affordable Resources (STAR) team, which provides a variety of opportunities for instructors interested in adopting more affordable and open course materials, since its inception. Catherine’s professional and research interests focus on the intersection of undergraduate education, information literacy, and scholarly communication.
