The Libraries provides an array of asynchronous online materials that expand student information literacy learning beyond the classroom. In addition, we offer education and guidance for instructors who want to explore the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) and affordable course content for their students.

Open Educational Resources (OER)
OER include a wide variety of course material types, including

Virtual Learning Tutorials
We've developed and curated a collection of interactive tutorials and instructional videos that help library users at all levels to develop or enhance a variety of information literacy skills.

Online Research Guides
Librarians develop online guides that provide an overview of available resources for a particular discipline, present relevant topics like plagiarism, and introduce research basics.
- Choose one or more of these subject, topic, or course online guides and link them from your Canvas course.
- Work with a librarian to develop a custom course guide which
- Gathers and organizes relevant resources for your course like books, articles, website, database, etc.
- Provides your students with tips and strategies for effective research and citations.
